Our enrichment activity for the month of May was focused on womanhood & motherhood. Following a beautiful Mother's Day, we thought it would be fun to carry the thoughts and feelings of that day into our Enrichment activity. We had a panel of women, all who were different in their journey of life; a single mother, a full-time working mother, a adoptive mother, a special needs mother, an aunt, a missionary mother, a grandmother, and a great-grandmother. The evening was informative and it was truly a treat to hear from each of these women. We heard tips on how to prepare for Sundays, and also how we can invite the Spirit into our home. We ended the night with a pretty array of cupcakes and more conversation. Each Sister also left with a pretty rose, and a reminder of how incredible they truly are. We love having fun activities for our Relief Society sisters to attend and feel welcomed and loved!
